Ordering & Processing
How long does processing take?
Every miniature is made with lots of love (and tiny details!), so processing usually takes 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. During seasonal launches, processing may take a little longer—but we’ll always keep you updated.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible. Once an order begins the crafting/packing process, we may not be able to adjust it, but we’ll do our best to help.

When will my order ship?
As soon as your minis are ready, we carefully wrap them up and send them on their way. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your tiny treasures home.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally.
My package is delayed—what do I do?
Shipping carriers sometimes take the scenic route. If your package seems stuck, let us know and we’ll help however we can.
Products & Materials
What scale are your miniatures?
Most of our minis are 1:12 scale, perfect for modern dollhouses and display scenes. If something differs, it’ll be clearly noted in the listing.
Are your items handmade?
Most of them, yes! Nearly every piece is thoughtfully crafted or finished by hand, so slight variations are part of the charm and character of handmade minis.
Can I request a custom item?
We take on custom orders when our schedule allows. If you have a dream piece in mind, reach out—we love collaborating on special creations!

Returns & Refunds

What if something arrives damaged?
Oh no! That breaks our hearts. Please email us within 2 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll happily make it right.
Do you accept returns?
Because most of our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, or created in small batches, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to double-check measurements and product details before ordering—tiny things can be tricky!

How do I care for my minis?
A gentle dusting now and then will keep them looking fresh. Avoid moisture, direct sun, and heavy handling—these tiny treasures like to stay cozy!
