Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing times may vary and may change during busy seasons or collection launches. Estimated processing times are provided on product pages or at checkout, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or misuse.

Shipping

Shipping times and rates are displayed at checkout. Once an order is shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the chosen carrier.

We are not responsible for:

• delays caused by carriers,

• lost or stolen packages, or

• incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many items are handmade and produced in small batches, we may not accept returns or exchanges unless stated otherwise on specific product pages.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we will review the issue.

Custom orders, seasonal items, and sale items are final sale.
