We want you to love every tiny piece that arrives at your doorstep. Each miniature is crafted with care, and we pack every order with lots of farmhouse warmth—but we know things don’t always go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and everything in between.

If Something Arrives Damaged

Oh no! If your minis show up a little worse for wear, please reach out within 2 days of delivery so we can make it right. Just send us an email with:

• Your order number

• A quick description of the issue

• A photo of the damaged item

We’ll happily replace the item or offer a refund if a replacement isn’t available.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most of our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, or created in small batches, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as color, sizing, or style preference. We encourage you to double-check measurements and product details before ordering—tiny things can be tricky!

If you ever have questions about a piece before purchasing, please reach out. We’re always happy to help you choose the right fit for your mini space.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries—just contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your minis may already be in production or on their way, and we may not be able to cancel.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the postal carrier. If a package goes missing or experiences a delay, we’ll do everything we can to point you in the right direction and track things down. However, we’re not able to offer refunds for carrier delays or lost packages.

Final Sale Items

Seasonal, clearance, and custom-made pieces are all considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or cancellations.
